Flavors & Uses

For a cheese plate serve with a Delice de Bourgogne and Swiss Vacherin. Other cheeses that work include a Fribourgeois, Tomme de Savoie, Taleggio, Sottocenere with Truffle or Piave. Or put a dab of aged balsamic vinegar on a piece of Parmesan cheese!
