Sweet Dreams organic brown rice syrup is gluten-free,Contains no wheat, oats, barley or rye.It offers a distinctive sweetener which is wonderfully moderate and won’t overpower foods and ingredients with which it is used.Use it in place of honey, molasses, or other syrups.Contains no artificial additives, stabilizers, or chemicals.

Made from a ground rice meal which is processed with a small amount of fungal enzymes (less than 1%).This converts the starches to natural sugars called maltoses.This is strained and cooked until it thickens.
